Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Cashfree.
Refund policy: 7-day refund for courses not started. No refund after 7 days or after 20% course completion.

Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, materials are owned by Maheshee Educations or licensed teachers. Unauthorized redistribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Disclaimer
Educational content is provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific exam results or scores. Teachers' credentials are verified by the respective institutes.

Limitation of Liability
Maheshee Educations is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Maximum liability limited to amount paid in last 3 months.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in India.
